I am the President and Partner in the company.
What do you love most about this industry?
Providing customers what they have asked for in the time frame requested while meeting if not exceeding their expectations from the initial request, production of their product, quality of their product and the delivery of their order. The rotational molding process produces a large variety of unique products that require a thick plastic wall that is extremely durable in relation to all other plastic manufacturing processes that exist thus allowing our production team to experience many different product orders to fill which keeps things very interesting.
What do you love about working at Integrity?
The knowledge our team has when it comes to receiving new customers molds that other rotational molders have struggled at producing quality products, watching our team think creatively, acquiring all the facts and then providing a solution thus saving the customer a great amount of money investing in a new mold. It’s a win-win outcome.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I really find it relaxing being on the water boating with my family and grandchildren, experiencing new restaurants and spending time with God.
